As a result of the well-chosen legal position and defense strategy, the firm’s attorneys successfully overturned over 30 vehicle tax decision notices in favour of 12 clients between 2015 and 2021.
The court of first instance denied to satisfy two lawsuits, but these decisions were reversed by the appellate court that satisfied them.
Thus, Parkulab and Partners’ attorneys have not experienced any court’s denials to satisfy lawsuits to overturn vehicle tax decision notices.
