Arbitration manager Volodymyr Parkulab and his team successfully completed the liquidation process of K.Energy JSC, one of the largest energy enterprises.
The court decision approved the liquidator’s report and the company’s liquidation balance sheet.
The particular difficulty of the case was due to the scale of the bankrupt enterprise, a record number of debtors, creditors, fixed assets etc.
During the liquidation process, the arbitration manager settled over 300 credit claims and held around 100 auctions to sell the bankrupt’s assets.
The case has more than 1400 court decisions.
